Review content:
I have been harassed by Express Scripts ever since my husband's employer was stupid enough to get involved with them. I have never done business with this company, nor do I ever intend to do business with them. I have told them so repeatedly. Yet they apparently have not only my contact information, but all my health records! The company is not secure, and there has just been a huge scandal about their data base having been hacked by extortionists. The robo-calls have been coming in as often as every other day. I have tried just hanging up. I have tried emailing them and telling them not to call me. I filed complaints with the consumer protection department in Missouri, their home state, and in Massachusetts, which is the state in which the calls originate. They still wouldn't stop calling. One of their divisions, Cura Scripts, even tried to tell me that if I didn't start ordering my meds through them, my insurance would no longer pay for it! It got to the point that I thought my head was going to explode every time I saw their number on the Caller ID or answered the phone to hear the noxious voice of their robo-caller. I finally began calling their corporate headquarters ever time I got a call and DEMANDED that they stop calling. Every time I called, I was assured that a rush order was being put in to take my number off their calling list. And two days later, I'd get another call. In desperation, I have finally activated AT&T?s call screening service, and have blocked the number from which I get the most frequent calls: 978-867-9754. However, this service has an activation fee as well as a monthly fee. There should be a way to stop the kind of annoying and harassing calls made by Express Scripts without having to pay for a service to block them. How can this kind or repeat annoyance call not be harassment, and why isn?t it illegal for them to do this to me, forcing me into unnecessary expenditures to block them? I can only block 10 of Express Scripts numbers using this service, but at least when I have blocked that many, I will have the evidence I need to sue them for harassment and get about $9.3 million from them -- exact;y what they paid to make good on their sleazy drug-swapping suit. They don't even deserve the one lousy star I gave them. I had to give them at least one to publish this review. What they rate is a HUGE negative, but there ARE no minus stars.
