I contacted Chemdry to get a price quote for rug and upholstery cleaning. I was given a rock bottom price (apparently), and then I had the audacity to try to negotiate a better price. I was then rudely told by the manager, Ed, that I was ""grinding"" the price even further. Then he proceeded to tell me that I should have more respect for his time. I don't know about anyone else and their experiences, but I am not use to dealing with someone in a professional setting, and being spoken to in this manner. They do an O.K. job of cleaning, however, I would not give them any business, or refer anyone to them any further, as they are completely rude and unprofessional. Horrible experience.
