I am not one to talk bad about anyone but let me tell you that after my experience with these guys I will never go back and never recommend them to anyone else. The prices that they offer are so low. Since they pay out in diamond weight they made it seem like I was going to get $31 a gram for 14k gold but when they explained more they said that it was a measurement called diamond weight which only came out to $20 a gram for 14k gold which is super low.. So when I tried to negotiate a better price the lady gave me attitude right away which was a huge surprise.. I can't believe that they would treat they're customers that way its unbelievable. Anyways anyone wanting to sell don't go to these guys not unless you want to get ripped off with the worse service in the world. Don't believe the hype and don't fall for that stupid Genie dancing outside like I did lol.. I hope this helps. If you are in the market to sell shop around first. []If you are in the wailuku area go and check out that pawn shop on market street or a place called aloha gold buyers on eha st. on the same street as sack n save. Gold Genie Shame On You!!
