Review content:
I tried to get them to print some die cut magnets for me. After 2 months of converting artwork from one format to another, they couldn't get it. They sent me a proof that was blurry and you couldn't even read what was on the magnet. I told them I wanted my money back and they refunded it right away.

Hi Tony
Sorry for your bad experience with us. In hindsight we should have just recreated the art for you. You mention after 2 months but I think it was about 2 weeks looking at the email trail and it could have been worst if we didn't checked your file submitted that was low resolution.
