I visited the Parks Mall location on 10/30/12 to redeem a Groupon I bought for laser hair removal. I met with Haley Smith and the consultation went just fine. I set an appointment for 11/11/12 for my first treatment and was told that I had to put a credit card down for their cancellation policy. Which at the time I didn't think twice about. After I left that evening my card was ran for $1551.50!!! I never signed anything to this effect. I have spent the last 24 hours calling Amber Compton, the manager of the Arlington location with absolutely no response rather than all sales are final. IT WASN'T A SALE!! I didn't agree to sale, I agreed to discuss the possibilities of getting additional treatments with my fianc? and stated that I would call within 24 hours to let them know if I was interested. I never once said I was ready to commit to that much money! I went in with $129 groupon and left with absolutely NO PRODUCTS OR SERVICES RENDERED AND A DEBIT OF $1551.50 on my debit card. I have contacted the Garland location and spoke to Sara Nguyen who is listed as the principal owner and asked to speak to Dr. Quan Nguyen who is listed as the medical director. Dr. Nguyen does not accept phone calls. Sara Nguyen spoke to my fianc? yesterday and said she would research it and get back to us. It is now rent day and bills are due and I am unable to pay because of the fraudulent charges. I have contacted my bank, Chase, and filed a claim that can take up to 4 weeks to investigate. I have been forced to cancel my debit card which is extremely inconvenient. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THESE PEOPLE. There BBB license has been revoked from numerous complaints that they failed to resolve. There other business Innovative Medical Solutions has gone out of business and has no real phone numbers. It is a SCAM!!
