I have finished my lunch from the Pei Wei Asian Diner located Little Briar Creek Lane in Raleigh, NC. I ordered the Pad Thai with Beef. It was very, very, very, very (I can't stress this enough), VERY, salty and the beef was seriously overcooked. I ate a couple of bites was eventually unable to complete my meal because of the extremely salty taste and the overcooked meat. I am an avid lover of Pad Thai, but unfortunately I can not add this dish from this restaurant to my favorites. Please do not go to this place if you suffer from high hypertension because they are very heavy handed with the salt.
Pros: Nice location
Cons: Food drastically over cooked
