Review content:
I ordered a custom door through a dealer who placed the order through International Door and Latch. The order was placed Oct. 4th, I was told it was to be shipped Oct. 21. It is now NOv. 14th and have been told the door is done; but they do not have the glass for it. Supposedly it takes 3 weeks to get the glass, it could have been ordered anytime after my order was replaced so it was available to them when the door was done. My entire house project is being held up because of length of time it has taken to get this door. I still don't have a definite date of shipment. I would think twice about a door from International door and latch. Now I am concerned that when it arrives something will be wrong. Have no faith in this company
