On our way back from Cedar Point my 2005 Jeep Liberty blew a water pump. I had me my little brother and his friend ( ages 19,15,16) stuck on the side of the Ohio turn pike at 10:30 at night. We were an hour and a half still from home in Michigan. Rods Car Care was the ONLY towing company that would talk to me and offer to help me by picking us up on the toll road. Our driver Jeremy securely hooked up my car correctly and quickly with our safety in mind. Unlike other tow companies they were sure not to further damage the car. With this company we did not feel like just another job. Jeremy then dropped out jeep at our hotel and help me determine it was the water pump that had blown and was sure to put the car in a safe place that it could be worked on. All of this was done in just under an hour and a half. Melony, the dispatcher, was also amazing. She knew what she was talking about and was very quick to get us the information we needed about our motor club. She was also very caring and very outgoing. We were so happy with the service that even when our previous motor club denied our request for service we paid out of pocket to have them tow us to the nearest Advanced auto parts store where Jeremy helped me verify that it was indeed the water pump. Needless to say in the two days we were stranded we were never alone thanks to Rods Car Care team. If we are every stranded in Ohio again they will be the only people we will ever call. Thank you so much guys for all your patience. You made a horrible day better and easier!
