I brought my children (ages 6 and 2) to skate and while my 6yr old was skating I rented skates for my 2yr old as well. While on the skate floor she was a little nervous because this was her first visit to this rink. She insisted that I pick her up and I began to take her back to the chairs until she got more comfortable. While on my way there a male manager rushed at us, yelling that I ""Drop her immediatly."" I tried to explain to him that we were on our way off the floor and he said that I was about to kill my child and I needed to put her down and leave his rink. I asked him to please stop yelling and that his attitude was un-called for. I was trying to safely remove my daughter from the floor. He said that he didn't have to lower his voice and proceeded to call me a bad and irresponsible parent. I asked that since we had only been there for 7mins if I could have a refund and he refused. I left the establishment in tears with my two crying children. I've been skating for 18yrs and have never had such a horrible experience. I will NEVER return.
