Review content:
This place is really modern and full renovated. It's not in the middle of the CRFAZINESS of SoBe but just minutes away via cab or brief walk. But there is still PLENTY of hot spots in the area 3 block radius such as Mynt, Rooftop Lounge at the Townhouse Hotel, Shine, Rose Bar at the Delano Hotel, D'Lounge at The National Hotel, The Setai, Skybar, Lola Bar, The Raleigh Hotel Bar, Sanctuary Rooftop Lounge and many more). You can drink and walk back to your room. definitely a GREAT HOTEL!! In an awesome location. All the shopping you can want is a short walk away. Down fall the beach is down the street. :-( What a bummer $200-$1200 LESS than the Delano and just as nice. I think that works for me. And the staff was nice too.
Pros: Everything is a short distance less than 2 miles at the furthest point (Nikki Beach South Point Beach and as close as 1 block the Bass Museum).
Cons: You have to walk to the beach, the parking can be a pain (save the money on rental and take cabs or walk).
