i used them for about a year, until i couldn't take the breakage anymore. instead of returning my house keys to me in person, or via certified mail, they claimed they just stuck them in an evelope and mailed them to me via regular mail. i never got my keys and had to re-key all my locks, which was very expensive.
also, it was difficult to communicate with the staff since i don't speak spanish. they also asked for free legal advice
Pros: did not miss visits for vacation, etc.
Cons: irreplaceable belongings broken, missing house keys
