I visited this salon today with my best friend and her toddler daughter. I was very excited to take part in her ""first haircut"". She thought she had picked the perfect salon for children...until we walked in. If you would like to inquire about details of the experience, feel free to email me. It is too long to explain here. The bottom line is, while there are fun seats for the kids and cartoons to watch, the staff (which I think only consists of one person) is ABSOLUTELY THE RUDEST PERSON I HAVE EVER MET! She could honestly not have been more rude to my best friend (the customer's mother). She yelled at her to get out of the child's sight, she about had a panic attack when I pulled out a camera (which are NOT allowed-so if you don't want to miss a first haircut, keep that in mind), snapped at the mother not to answer for her child when the mother only commented that, yes, her daughter was a 'princess' like she asked, overcharged for a 5 minute trim and much, MUCH more. There is something very fishy about this salon and the ""staff"". There are many innocent things you cannot do in this salon for ""insurance purposes"". When you are the only customer in the middle of a Saturday at a hair salon, it seems maybe we just hadn't heard about this place...YET. Please, don't subject yourself to be treated this way and please don't give this woman any more business. Please don't hesitate to ask me any questions.
