I didn't even want to give this place 1 star--more like zero star. Husband and I were regular patrons-until the last visit. Got seated quickly enough, but waitress was busy taking care of the 3 adjacent tables (all of whom came in after us) while ignoring our table. Tried in vain to get her attention to no avail. So after 25 minutes without so much as a glass of water, we left. I complained to the hostess, who just stood there, mouth agape (not an attractive look). As we turned our backs to leave, hostess and suddenly attentive waitress giggled and laughed at us. So I left complaint at Ruby Tuesday website. 10 days later, nothing-NADA. Stay away unless you're a glutton for insults.
