I ate at Japango a while back and ordered the chef choice and was pretty upset because out if all the courses that was made by the chef I would say 90% of what me and my date received was tuna. Don't know if that's all he had but after the bill was close to 200.00 dollars I was pretty ticked off because I thought that with how the rest of the menu read the chef would be a little more creative on his selection. Tries a little to hard to do fusion. I'm a big sushi eater and with the price being pretty high I would think there would be more a WOW factor. The menu looked good but what I received was not worth what I paid. Cmon 90% tuna for each course for chef choice for 2bills. Anyway hope they have revolved into what there menu preaches..
