They were prompt and friendly. However, they ""saved"" many parts of the old system so my ""new"" system wasn't really ""new"" and wasn't fully covered by ""10 year extended"" warranty. They hooked a heating element needing 70A to an old 60A fuse, which blew after a year, and then charged for that repair. They also ""saved"" the old condenser drain line which was double trapped and didn't drain well. They also tried to ""save"" undersized, leaky copper tubing so they wouldn't have to crawl around in the attic. The capacitor had to be replaced 5 times in 5 years, and total service cost for that item was $850, 25% of the cost of the new system. As the mfr, no longer made the original part they charged for the part. On the first blown capacitor, they stated I'd better catch up on the paid annual checkups or the 10 year warranty was void. Incidentally, don't have an AC problem at night as AC repair vehicles cannot park in your driveway to do an emergency repair from 9PM-6AM (that's a city regulation to keep ""undesirable"" blue collar residents from parking their work vehicles in their own driveways [NYC mentality]). I had other AC people do work on the system and was even more displeased, so I gave these guys 3 stars as this problem is not entirely their fault. My advice is to buy replacement capacitors in bulk for your system (right after buying the system, before the part is discontinued) and learn how to install them yourself to save up to $300 per service call for a $25 part.
