I used Installer Headquarters last year to install a TV for me. I had purchased the bracket elsewhere, and this year when I asked if they had the bracket to go along with the TV and they did, the price was much cheaper compared to the other store. The same installer came out this time, and it was nice because he remembered me too. It helped to make it a good, personal experience.
This company is reliable, come out on time and extremely knowledgeable. The installer was very nice and was able to hold a conversation while working. He offered alternatives and different choices, and I really appreciated that he had the different parts on his truck. He didn't offer and then have to go to the store. He arrived prepared for the job. The installation was fast and took under an hour. I'll definitely use them again.
