I take my out of town guests to the Landmark and they are so impressed that when they return it is the first restaurant that they want to go to. You can get all of the regular salad bar items PLUS quail eggs, pickled watermellon rinds, shrimp and everything you'd ever want. I am diabetic and when I crave a certain item instead of having to buy a jar or can and risk severely increasing my sugar levels, I go to the Landmark Restaurant and have a little dab of ""forbidden"" items and feel totally satisfied!!!!
