Friendly service and a quality product mean the most to me as a consumer!.....When I walk into the Flower Bowl, and I have been a customer for over 10 years, the atmosphere is cozy and I feel welcome. Attention is put right on me and what do I need? I have purchased all sorts of arrangments and the quality is impeccable. J.R., the owner and his staff take the time necessary to help you with whatever occassion is at hand. I remember when I had a friend in the hospital and I wanted to send some flowers, I told J.R. I wanted something really special. I explained how before my friend got sick he had been in Hawaii . He did a tropical design that was fabulous! My friend went nuts...it looked like it had come directly off the island! I decided to write this because I had a dinner party the other night and the center piece I used was an orchid and house plant in a basket from the Flower Bowl, sent to us 4 months ago and it looks like it came yesterday. Unbelievable! P.S. As a private note, although I know this is a public forum....he donates GENEROUSLY to charity..
Pros: Great service, huge selection, priced just right, quality product.
