I am a real estate broker and I deal with homes in Charlotte. About a month ago, I had a client ask me to sell her fairly new house. She and her husband weren't expecting to make a killing, they just wanted it sold quickly. After viewing the inside of the house, it seemed like an easy task. However, when I got to the garage and saw the door, I realized the look and function (more like, lack of), would turn away many potential buyers. They installed a brand-new, smoothly operating door for a great price. The house looked complete with the new garage door and it sold within a month.
