Review content:
Because of my job ( I build bars and restaurant furniture) I get to visit and consequently eat at many restaurants and bars around town. some of them have great food, others have a great bar and some others have great service.
But then there is those few that are able to pull it all together and give you a real dinning experience.The food is absolutely delicious and it is Real Mexican Food, I've tried different dishes and so far I have no complaints. The service is very good and aside from the occasional trainee I must say that everyone was very courteous and eager to attend me.
And then there is the bar with it's collection of tequilas, mescal's and Sotol, which I have to say was a real treat and I was very happy to find a place that had them in their bar.
As the name says it they do have a flair for exotic tequila fancied mixed drinks, and when I say exotic I mean they actually drop a poblano pepper in to the mix. Word of advise, unless you are an avid tequila drinker I suggest taking it real slow because although all of them are exquisite some of them carry a real punch. My personal favorite La Paloma.
Over all is an very good place to come for lunch or dinner and last time I went there I learned they even have a live band on weekends. Definitely my kind of spot.
