I was surprised when the customer service representative asked me to write a review about my experience with them but it seems they are concerned about their public image. I could not be happier with the way I was treated by Mrs. Mckenna. She was very professional and courteous and seemed to care about my situation. She took a payment from me over the phone without charging me the service fees other companies have charged and gave me a monthly payment plan that was reasonable. My experience seems to be the opposite of what some of the others have posted about this company. I hope that I dont have any more collection accounts but I would welcome a phone call from these people anytime.
