Review content:
I had a fence installed by Sawdon Fence last year. The owner was somewhat pleasant when he came out to quote the job. He told me that he would need to order the supplies and it could take a couple weeks, but he would call me to let me know when they would be able to install the fence.
A couple weeks later I taking my dogs out when his crew showed up. They told me that if I didn't clear out the area near where the fence would be installed that weekend, they would have to charge me extra to remove it themselves. I had been planning to clear the items, however, I thought I had plenty of time since I had not received a call to schedule the install.
The installation started the next week. The crew members told me it should only take two days, three at the most. It took the whole week - due in part to the crew just disappearing some days.
The final product was uneven and some of the gates did not swing properly. The fence was so high at some places that my dog was able to just crawl under it.
Very disappointed - especially when I think about how much I paid. I will now have to hire another company to fix what Sawdon screwed up. If I could do it again, I would have avoided this company completely and advise you to do so as well.
