Beware!! I came from out of town to look at relocation properties. This place was a Smelly Disaster. It was raining, the rain was pouring off roofs with gutters that were pulled away from the building. The grass was high, the pool looked like a health hazard and of course was in some kind of disrepair. There seemed to be one nice man working on things, obviously overwhelmed. The woman from the office was standing outside talking and watching someone that had a dog urinating on the building. Disgraceful! We were in area End of May through June 12, 2011
