The only reason I give NTB one (1) star is because there isn't a place for ""negative"" or zero stars!
These guys seem to have no ability to relate staff-on-hand and work order timing!
Interestingly, this problem appears to be region wide! My original Michelins were put on at the Pasadena store. Was promised one (1) hour; it took (4) four!
Thinking somehow things might be different in Katy, I took a blown-out tire (with Road Hazard option) back to the FryI-10 store. Was told one (1) hour. It took 3.5. Whoof!
After two (2) hours, the car was still sitting untouched in the bay! Upon complaint, things got moving. (Sigh).
""Sorry sir, we've got a 'new' guy on the l line."" Hmmmm...what part of putting on tires hasn't he done before? I hope not the torquing part!
I think NTB, system-wide, practices ""short-staffing"" in order to save $$$. Therefore, they'll get you on the tire sale, while being unable to respond quickly on the installation or service. Check out the reviews for the Cinco Ranch location!! Same deal!!
Fool me once, shame on you. Fool me twice, shame on me.
Today: Shame on me. No more NTB!!
