Jason Faglier, and Dallas are very attentive and knowlegable when it comes to martial arts. They are not only good instructors they have very good values and seem to be very family oriented. Jasons mother MeMe is a very sweet lady as well. This class is by far one of the best I have worked out in, in my 30+ years practicing martial arts. The workouts can be very vigorus at times but are conducted in a fun and relaxed family environmet and is appropriate for all ages, races, and genders. They make everyone feel welcome and accepted. Along with the instructors the school has very qualified student assistants to help with the workouts. For exercise or self defense their program is a very good value and anyone searching for this type program should visit them.
