I've recently moved from a much more sushi-ful area than the Triangle where I ate sushi almost every day for lunch. Shiki Sushi ended my anguish at the thought of only being able to eat sushi on vacation (after many disappointing experiences elsewhere in the Triangle). The sushi is fresh, prepared well and VERY reasonalbly priced. I have always had pleasant and competent servers.
Pros: Best sushi in town; incomprehensible "buy one, get one free" offer on maki
Cons: Wish it were downtown!
