Review content:
Absolutely the last time I will go to the Fisherman. Living just a few houses away, I have watched with dismay over the past two years as the quality of he Fisherman has dwindled. Every time I have gone recently, I swear never to return. This past Saturday I was ushered to the back of the bar because tables had been reserved in the bar for a private party (reservations in the bar) anyways was seated and then waited 10 minutes to have drink orders taken. The waiter informed us that we missed the lunch menu by 15 minutes and would have to order from the dinner menu. It was 4pm. Nevertheless, even though the lunch specials were still on the board, we asked for menus. The bartender arrived wth our drinks, two warm beers, sprite for my daughter and an iced tea for my son, who had ordered lemonade. He then started to argue with my 16 year old son that he had ordered iced tea and continued t insist on it. I put 10 bucks on the table and we walked out and went to the Seahorse down the street with the rest of the ex-Fisherman patrons. John Williams please sell this restaurant to someone who can bring it back to what it was when you bought it!!!!!
Pros: the view and the bread
Cons: service, waiting time, food, lighting
