Review content:
Up to this time I have made six calls to the Casa Grande office of the Department of Economic Security. I was ""patched"" through to what I hope is my case worker, (I could not confirm, but each time I asked the same response was the same ""patch-through""). I have failed to receive any return phone call from the case worker after repeatedly giving my case number and telephone number, (along with my name), where I can be reached. I should think that within the two days I might have gotten someone to call. If this is typical of the service provided, whether it be lack of motivation, overworked government employee, underpaid, or whatever, WOE be the coming few years when the economy improves and more people are in need. Pros: Not sure there are any Cons: Call the number, greeting and language preferred, list department, department receptionist, and, for me, case worker answering machine...WOW!
