Horrifying non-existant customer service. Buy from here at your own risk, because if anything goes wrong, you are on your own. When we attempted to return a defective product after 7 attempts at repair, the owner called the police rather than listen to any of our ideas on how to resolve the problem. The police sided with us by the way and were a delight to deal with -even offered to come over to wash the dishes for us! Hahaha! The police suggested that we report them to the BBB.
