Businiess name:  Valentino's Italian Restaurant

Review content:
Too bad there is no lower rating than a one star. Let me start with how filthy the place is. Their walls and their food station where they put out their buffet is encrusted with food debris and grease. If you ever get a chance to look in their walk in you will see all kinds of unsafe, unhygienic practices such as keeping raw meats over ready to eat foods. The cook cuts raw chicken with the same knife he splits sandwich bread with and on the same cutting board. He sometimes wipes it with a dirty, disgusting rag without ever sanitizing. He defrosts meat by putting frozen meat in hot water (Bacteria Breeding) and does so in a dirty sink that they use to both wash dishes and pour mop water into. Should something fall on the floor it gets picked up and used (Yep that's right you may have eaten off the floor). I have worked in many restaurants and some practice unsafe handling of food accidentally but the owner and manager of Valentino's in Palm Bay do so intentionally and with disregard to any ones health. You don't have to believe me next time you go ask to see their Health inspection report (They have to show you by law) do so before eating or you may get nauseated if you read it afterwards. I don't care if the food is the best tasting in Brevard county anyone that eats there is jeopardizing their health.
