i have lived at my house for 3 years and have had the water tun brown or turned off every six months without any notice. These water outages have nothing to do the payment but poor piping (which they can't help). But I went without water for 8 hours once without a single phone call returned. Also, don't both calling the office..no one ever answers the phone. And if you stop by the office between 11-3 they are out to lunch!
also, they tell you that the payment is due on the 15th of every month when really its due in Jacksonville on the 15th. So if you hand them a check on the 14th it will be considered late in Jacksonville and you will be charged a late fee! So if you want to avoid late fees make sure its in their hands by the 10th of every month.
Cons: no seems to ever work at this place
