This company has unfair and unethical business practices, I was told to pay 7 months in advance for my water bill I paid 233 in a check which has cleared the bank, and I have tried in vain for 48 hours to get in touch with this company and the owner Bill Kelly. He is there and the receptionist has given him all the messages but he refuses to call. He had me put the check in his name but I put in memo what I was paying and why. Its a corporation he is not allowed to take company funds and use them for personal use which is what must have happend considering my water is not on yet. I am going file suit in civil court because this is unreal 2 kids no water and Im a single mom I dont have alot of money but did what he asked to ensure we had water for 7 months.
