So the oddest thing happened today. Someone knocked on my door and wanted to sell me meat. Before I could close the door and run, I was somewhat intrigued and thought I would hear the guy out. I looked them up on my phone, thank goodness for technology, and was happy to see they had a website. I know a little about meat, and was shocked to find out they had ""choice"" grade meat. I stocked up, as the deal is really in bulk, and they even packed my freezer for me. I have not tried everything, but the filets and shrimp that I have used were excellent. I am excited to try the chicken (pre-marinated) in my paninini grill (they recommended this).
