I was lured in by the coupon in my monthly value pack and am writing this in hopes that others will not make the same mistake that I did. My advice to pay the few extra dollars and get PROFESSIONALS to clean your carpet. These people could care less about the job they do or the people they serve.
Pros: Cheap
Cons: The worst customer service I have ever received.
