Review content:
The reason they get one stars instead of zero is because the product itself is very good. The windows are great. That said the crew that installed them were a bunch of lazy idiots. They were rude and unprofessional, and they left glass and debris all over my yard. They slept on the job and failed to do a good job on the trim inside the house. It looked ghetto. I had to finish all that myself. They broke one of the new frames and tried to convince me it was ok and should keep. I forced them to replace it.
