Recently ordered flowers to be sent to my folks rom HOMESIDE FLORIST IN RIVERHEAD. I arrived at their home to find a rather small and not attractive floral arrangement. I called to express my dissatisfaction and was questioned why I didn't call sooner. Explaining it was 5 days later and my parents live a distance from me..made no difference to the rude ""lady"" who claimed she was a manager.....maybe they changed ownership/managers..but will NEVER use their services again.....buyer/caller BEWARE
