Review content:
After a long day at work, I went out to my car and started it up to go home. When I put the car in drive, it did not move. Frusterated from a stressful day at work and now my car will not move, I was at witts end! I looked up a local repair shop and came across Robs. When I called, Rob answered and he was very polite and professional and truly seemed to feel my pain. He towed my car right in and looked at it. He called me with a price, I had been price shopping while waiting, which I found to be very reasonable compared to the other prices I had been quoted. Three days later I picked my car up, it was clean and ran better than new. Not only did he impress me with his professionalism, he also gave me a Thank You note, Air freshioner and a schedule of factory reccommended maintaince tailored to my vehicle. I am a woman and I'm always worried about being taken advantage of. I give Robs two big thumbs up!
