I bought my college daughter an expensive dress from Saks for a soroity spring formal. The dress was silk and was spattered wtih sprite or 7-up. The dress had a decorative beads on it. My local cleaners tried to hand clean it without success. I called Milly (dress manufacturer) who recommended Meurice. I live in NJ and didn't want to have to drive to the city just for this. Meruice's process for shipping was very easy. They kept in frequent contact with me: when they received the dress, how much it would cost, the liklihood they would be able to get it clean, etc. ,etc. They took great care in shipping it back to me - and the dress came out beautiful! I would recommend using them for any specialty items.
