My husband and I were on the way to the hospital, he had an MRI scheduled. We stopped into the Royal Farms at the corner of Ebenezer Road and Pulaski HWY (40) to use the car wash. This is store number 102. We should have known better. It is a brush wash not touchless. Our car came out of the wash filthy and two inches of paint was taken off the driver side back door. We reported this through the Royal Farms claims procedures and took pictures. The claims department denied our claim. They said our car was dirty when they veiwed the surveillance tape. Of course it was, that is why we took it to be washed. The paint, they said, could not have been damaged by their system. What a bunch of balogna. The arms for there washing system I am sure damaged our vehicle. I will not give any of my money to Royal Farms - none of the branches. I will not support them in any way. They damaged my car. Do you want them to damage yours?
