This business has the worst customer service and worse finance options. Their 36 mos. option is shananigans for people below a 710 FICA score. They do not disclose the minimum FICA score. Also on the credit app I put my income as requested and they changed the income amount to more than what I stated. My partner went in afterward, who is a finance manager for a car dealership and Mr.Wang had no idea about his financing protocols, nor did he have any sense of sales. He stated ""$1100"" in not a lot of money and referred to the purchase as insignificant. Obvioulsy he is not aware of the economic recession and is out of tune with his clientelle. My partner was shocked at the way they have a cash price and a finance price yet they get the full amount either way whether it is financed or cash. It is no wonder that their locations are unable to make enough money to sustain their leases, because their desire to make a sale is not there nor is their customer service. Their sales people are busy texting on their phones and think financing is as simple as putting through a credit check. I do not recommend their business unless you have a high FICA score, and btw I just checked mine and it was enough to buy a new car according to my partner with a decent interest rate. So beware of Mr. Wang. And good luck in your search for furniture.
