Review content:
I went to Perfect Press with a project. I asked them exactly what they needed to complete my project, then spent many hours creating files to their specifications. I brought it in for printing, and first they were late in starting. (told me it would be done by tuesday at the latest, called wednesday and they hadn't started). Then, I got a call that the files were too big and they needed an extra $50 an hour to complete my project. This was unacceptable at best, so I picked up my files. I then asked what happened since I had checked with them first and of all things the staff was actually mad at me and quite rude. I spent hours doing the files exactly as they told me to, but evidently they realized later they wanted them done differently, and when I picked up my DVD they were chastising and rude. Do not support this business.
