When it comes to working out, it is imperative that I?m in a safe and nonjudgemental environment. At Rachel Zeskind?s Total Body Center, I?ve never felt more at home at a studio or gym. As soon as you walk in you feel such a calmness around you. The soothing green walls unravel your mind for a relaxing hour or so of yoga or a challenging work out. I?m a little OCD so cleanliness is key. The place is spotless, there?s not that ?gym? smell in the air, and there are different array of real towels in the bathroom for each person to dry their hands. LOVE THAT! There?s even a really cute boutique store in the studio to buy inspirational books, workout tapes, accessories, and gear!
