Businiess name:  Papa John's Pizza

Review content:
After years of using Papa Johns because it was a cheap way to feed a lot of kids, I finally got tired of the abusive tone of the manager, Josh and the lack of care for the customers. The drivers were great and made up for the indifference in the store. Many times I would encounter Josh and he would have this attitude like he was doing you a favor by being there and he would get around to your order when he felt like it. The last straw was when his credit machine was broken and he said it was something I did and not the fault on his end. That was it. The good thing was that for the same money I found the best homemade pizza in downtown Mooresville called Pie in the Sky. It is much better for my kids because everything is made from scratch and the people are great. It is a family business and you can smell how great their food is the minute you walk in. Josh could learn how to treat customers from this family run restaurant because customer service is everything when it comes to business success.
