When I arrived for my appt 10 minutes late due to traffic, I was told that Dr. Roberts (apparently she's new) would not see me & that I had to reschedule my appt. This is after I left work early, drove 20 miles, & got stuck in traffic. I was LIVID. I've been going to this office for 16 years and unfortunately I will not be returning. The doctors can make their patients wait in the waiting room for an hour, but when someone is 10 minutes late, that's not acceptable. I can understand if I came strolling in 20-30 minutes late, but 10?? So I waisted an hour of my time for absolutely nothing! So you better make sure you leave your house in plenty of time and make sure you're not even 1 minute late. Or else you will have waisted your time!
Pros: Mostly nice doctors
Cons: Apparent Late Policy that is not told to patients
