Review content:
The quality of the smoked meats rivals any barbecue in town. However, the selection of sauces was enough to ruin the experience. Touted as Texas barbecue, I would have expected a smokey sweet tomatoe based sauce, or even a Carolina style vinagar/cider based sauce, but I found neither. The flavor of the smoked meats was completely lost on their house sauces. One labeled without any description, a second labeled ""Spicy"" and 2 more labeled ""Chipole Tomatoe"" and ""Jalapeno Apple"" which is also mixed into one of the cocktails.
Pros: Affordable, All you can eat.
