You always hear about businesses paying people to write fake reviews about their organization and these seem to fit the bill. Just about everything written is false. Their customer service is atrocious. I was unable to get an answer on several questions and each time I called back I was re-routed to a different person, having to explain my situation from the beginning several times. Never once did I speak to an actual attorney.
And my court date...nope, still no attorney. After the resolution of my case, and after spending thousands of dollars, there were still several issues that needed follow up. They refused to take any further action without additional payment. So it was left up to me to continue fighting with businesses regarding the items supposedly covered by KEL to begin with. Chose any other law firm, any other one, and you will get better service and greater expertise.
