Went on a weekday. Prices were good and the ratio of carts to the size of the restaurant was also pleasant.
I think my biggest complaint about the dim sum is that I didn't particularly care for the shrimp. I'm not sure exactly why I didn't like the shrimp there as much.. perhaps they are too small?
I prefer Ocean Seafood and Empress Pavillion also in the area .. although Sea Empress (in Torrance) and and Empress Harbor (Montery Park) are still our favorites.
