I had the most professional experience with First Ohio Banc & Lending. At first, I was very hesitant as there are many companies out there right now making empty promises. Every thing they said they would be able to do, they did. I applied and closed my loan in less than 2 1/2 weeks which was also something they said they could do. I would refer anyone to this company without a moments hesitation. Ask for Andy Toth. He will help if you meet the qualifications. I look at some of the other negative reviews and I must wonder if perhaps the people who wrote them didn't actually qualify and then were angry at the firm. If Andy Toth researches your specs and then says he can help, he will. Hope this review helps people feel more confident as most home owners these days receive bundles of mail from lenders who say they can help when, in fact, they may not and may just take you for a ride you don't want to be on. The one I went on with First Ohio and Andy Toth was wonderful and it changed my life.
