TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE! I was simply mortified by the cut and color provided by this salon. Over the holidays I embarrassed to leave the house, it was absolutely horrible. To boot, the stylist, aka bar fly, that RUINED my hair was stuck in the 80s and knows nothing about current styles. If you enjoy the stench of cigarettes and stale beer oozing from her pores as she coughs on the back of your neck then this 40 something stylist is for you. Listening to her making conversation was painfulshe struggled to make any intelligent conversation and provides a deer in the headlights look when you explain what you wanted done to your hair. My hair is still ruined and will take weeks grow out so I can have it redone by a PROFESSIONAL. Best of all, I paid handsomely for this horrible experience. Kathy is very nice but should institute a random alcohol and drug testing and should certainly revamp her hiring practices. Thank goodness for Chazios! They helped rescue my hair, although it will still take time for it to grow out. By the way, Chazioss is cheaper and has actual professionals who work there.
