I had recently moved to Miami and needed to find a place to alter a pair of pants that I had to wear to a wedding in Chicago. Before giving the manager (Laura) my pair of pants, I specifically asked her if her seamstress would have time to complete my alterations in time for my trip to Chicago. She assured me that she would. To make a long story short, the pants were not ready to pick up before my trip. I had to buy an identical pair of pants as soon as I landed in Chicago in order to be dressed the same as the rest of the wedding party. Laura Lehaini, the manager told me that she would reimburse me for the additional cost of the pants, which a month later she still has not. I have called her and stopped in a numerous times, but have been given the run around and she (Laura Lehiani) still refuses to return my calls! I am a busy professional with no time to deal with such lazy shady people and suggest that anyone reading this be forwarned!!!
Pros: Not ever having to use them again!
Cons: Lying management, loss of clothes, NO reimbursement!
